After 14 weeks.: Neo Penotran Forte contains a combination of Metronidazole and Miconazole. Metronidazole should not be used in the first trimester of pregnancy. Miconazole hasn't been well studied but is probably safe after the first trimester. Its probably safe for you to use this medication since you are in the second trimester. Best wishes!
