Recent illness?: Sometimes this could be related with inner ear issue that results in a type of vertigo when ground changes? If so typically treatment antihistamine/decongestant helpful. Otherwise also check hydration status. If not improving go see a doctor as other more serious things could be cardiac arrhythmia, cataplexy or neurologic issue.
