See below : In a 15 y/o male, consideration is given to constipation and hernia. There is a long list of possibilities. Referred pain is another. To be more technical, the causes can be categorized as organic or functional. A doctor would need to evaluate this if the problem persists or if there are other assoicated concerning signs.
