They're all right: Pregnancy-related dates are estimates. Life is just that way. Nobody ever knows when a natural conception happened, because we cannot see the sperm meeting the egg. So, in real life, the 16th through the 19th feels like one long day (instead of four different days). Normally, it doesn't matter exactly when conception happened, as long as we estimate an approximate date (plus or minus a week).
