Plantar fasciitis: At the bottom of your feet, heel pain is commonly due to plantar fasciitis, which is an inflammation of the fascia in the feet. Initial treatment includes stretching and NSAIDs. Injections, immobilization, ultrasound, and surgery are other treatment options.
