My son is 5 months and he wakes up screaming and then goes back to sleep, he will do it 3-4 times a night, could it be night terrors?

Probably not terrors: Night terrors occur in toddlers and preschoolers. Frequent night time wakening from a from painful experience like acid reflux would be more likely.
