See below: Assuming your referring to levothyroxine, it would not cause tiredness. If you were tired prior to starting it you may need a higher dose,>consult with your physician.

Thyroid: If you have been hypothyroid and now are taking a thyroid replacement some people will get tired because there body is metabolically slow and this includes your heart. When you take the thyroid med your body perks up, but sometimes your heart is a little delayed. Remember it will likely take a few weeks to months to get back regulated. Talk with your doctor, backing to 75 may help.
