Possible spasm: It may be an intense muscular spasm. That can happen with magnesium deficiency. You could try topical magnesium oil a few times a day on abdomen and see if this relieves the problem. Check 25-oh vit d level which may be deficient and take sufficient amount. Address life style. Eat healthy, sleep, get good walking and exercise and de-stress.
