Depends: It depends upon the curve. There is a medical condition which can cause a curve in the penis, and there is a treatment -- however, first you need to see your doctor or a urologist and find out if that's your diagnosis.

Probablly fixable : Certainly can be straightened by surgery if curvature has been present all your life or since puberty, downward curve is called chordee & not uncommon. Sideways is a deviated penis. Either can be fixed. Unlikely to have peyronie's disease at your young age, if so would be associated with a hard plaque in top of shaft causing upward curve. However, also treatable.
