Enzymes: Slightly elevated enzymes with normal ECG may mean nothing much is going on. Don't have enough information but enzyme tests are a tool not a be all/end all. What do the doctors taking care of you think?

Muscle injury/imflam: Elevated cardiac enzymes means the muscle is imflamed or injured. Thee are many causes of this including medicines, exercise, true imflammation up to and including heart attack. The trend and confirmatory blood tests would be important.
