Why? : Hpv is not related to having an allergic reaction to a pad. I'm not sure why you want to be tested for hpv. If you have genital warts then genital warts need to be treated. If you have an abnormal pap smear the abnormal pap smear needs to be treated. The detection of hpv without any symptoms is only mildly useful. 70 to 80% of people are hpv positive at some point in their life.
