Probably : If you know the date of conception based on your ultrasound and you had sex on that day with one particular person then that person is the most likely father of the baby. If you had sex with the other person in the days around that date he may be the father. There are 5 million sperm in pre-ejaculatory fluid so whether it ejaculation occurred or not is not particularly relevant.

Not sure: Even with penetration, most men have a couple of drops that can contain millions of sperm; clearly enough to get you pregnant. Once, you deliver there are inexpensive paternity tests for about $100 that are 99+% accurate and can at least let you know who the father is. Hope this helps.
