Possible: The egg needs to be fertilized within 12-24 hours after ovulation. But remember the ovulation predictor you most likely used, checks for rises in hormone level, not necessarily when the egg was actually released or when it was picked up by the fallopian tubes. So even though it is not likely, pregnancy can still occur.
