Gall bladder: Dysfunctional gallbladder pain commonly radiates from mid to upper right abdomen to the back. The pain typically starts an hour or a few hours after a meal. Fatty foods especially set off the gripping pain. An ultrasound & hidda scan can effectively diagnose.
