Is it normal for a breast to lose size after radiation? its happened to me and to my mother

Size questions: Can't be forecast. Some breasts swell with edema and enlarge, others contract and shrink. Both may change many months after treatment. Some adapt, othres seek surgical solution to "even up" or make more symmetric.
