Trial and error: In my experience there is no 'one' that is best for this, all mini-pills have some breakthrough bleeding.

All about the same: Most of the Progesterone only pills have the same rate of breakthrough bleeding. The Depo-Provera shot probably has the lowest of prog only formulations.
