Healthy and normal: Thick vaginal discharge is usually a sign that you are a healthy, fertile female. If there is a foul smell to it or if it is accompanied by itching, burning or pain, then you need to see a dr. Usually "not-like" discharge is a good thing - it provides lubrication for intercourse, and it also acts as the natural cleaning system for the vagina: as the discharge comes out, it takes out germs, etc.
