Not extenders: Those products allow men with erectile dysfunction to usually have a normal (or more normal) erection. They are not extenders and they can have side effects, but they are generally not common or severe.

They are generally not unhealthy for men who need to use them. Package or pharmacy insert lists side effects. Penis extenders are devices that fit over the penis, or at end of penis under a condom, to make it longer. Can't be very pleasant to wear.
