Don't understand: I don't know if you mean your penis hurts when there's a long period of time inbetween ejaculations -- or if your penis hurts when you ejaculate quickly. Most ejacualations are relatively short time wise, so i'll assume you mean for former. If you get sexually aroused and do not reach orgasm, there is pooling of blood in your pelvis which can be uncomfortable. It goes away in time, or with ckunax.
