how can i stop blinking my eyes so much?

Blinky: Excessive blinking may be caused by dry eye, allergy, stress, or fatigue. Try artificial tears such as theratears for dryness and try zaditor (ketotifen) drops for allergy (both are otc). Keep your caffeine intake low and get plenty of rest.
