See Doctor Now: Menstrual bleeding should not last longer than 7 days. There are many reasons including hormones (ovulation problems), benign and rarely malignant growths. And unless you’ve been abstinent, a miscarriage needs to be excluded. Give your gyn a chance to help you out.
