No but: Each one has a version with the letter "d" attached. These are kept by the pharmacist and don't require a prescription but you must ask for them. For example: Claritin (loratadine) and clartin d. Zyrtec and zyrtec d. The "d" version contains Pseudoephedrine which is a heart stimulant and can make your heart race. Check your med's label!

Heart rate: They have a component for due congestion which causes heart to race, usually pseudo ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate). Look on the labels, you should avoid these.
