STDs and hysterectom: Absolutely yes. Be careful as you are vulnerable to all the STDs just as before the hysterectomy.

Of course: Having a hysterectomy does not protect you against stds. Unless you are in a trusted mutually monogamous relationship you should use caution and use condoms for protection.
