Infection, see Dr: The odor suggests it is due to an infection, and you should be examined by your OB / dr / urgent care for diagnosis and proper treatment--particularly if you are breastfeeding, so the correct antibiotics / method of treatment selected.

Possible infection: See your OB , get a culture of the discharge. Once the bug is determined, treatment can be instiuted.
