Circumcision: Is there increased redness, swelling, & pain along with the "pus"? Is pus clear or opaque? Clear might just be serous fluid that leaks after a wound; opaque + other symptoms might be infection. See doc who performed the surgery to be checked. Follow wound care instructions given by doc.
