Amenorrhea PCOS?: A pelvic ultrasound may show a large cyst or pcos. Be sure to rule out pcos with blood work. Take Provera (medroxyprogesterone) to get the cycle started. You need to have an fsh, e2, and amh checked to be sure you are not in ovarian failure. If Progesterone is low, you are not ovulating. Maybe you need more aggressive stimulation with gonadotropin medications (fsh).
