Skin tone: What's your question? Skin tone varies by ethnicity as well as sun exposure. There can be some conditions in which non-sun exposed exposed develops darker color eg addison's disease. Melasma (chloasma) is another. Other conditions involve damage to pigment cells leading to lighter colored skin eg tinea versicolor or vitiligo. Go see your family doc who can refer you to dermatologist if necessary.
