Hard to tell.: Heavier vaginal bleeding after several days from a D&C is not typical and should be investigated by your gynecologist asap. Possible explanations include hormonal withdrawal, endometritis, cervical lacerations, clotting disorders etc. Fever and tenderness with foul-smelling discharge are hallmarks of endometritis.
