Call: Your doctor and get a very brief 2-3 day refill. If this is not a habit that has developed they should be happy to help you out. I am surveyor have a narcotic agreement signed with them. Good luck.

See below: Not enough info. Why are you running out?. It seems likely that you are often not medically stable and often just holding on. Your entire regimen needs to be reevaluated.

Need to talk to doc.: If you have an honest discussion with your provider you may be able to work out a solution. Sometimes they can prescribe medications for the withdrawal and sometimes they can provide a bridging supply of narcotics. Escalating narcotic use or repeated early refills without a clear indication is a red flag to all concerned.
