Very unlikely: The timing and the fact that you gf is on birth control pills "corretly" makes it extremely unlikeley that she would be pregnant. Kep using the condoms as it is an additional prevention (even thoug this time "leaked") and taking the piulls correctly to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. Good job. Always ceck a pregnancy test if she does not bleed during the placeo pill times.

Not likely: If gf taking the pills consistently without missing, it's not likely she would get pregnant. She should keep taking pills consistently at the same time every without ever missing, the failure rate is <1%. In typical use, the failure rate is 9%.
