Need testing: If you low sperm count, you need an evaluation to determine the cause. It may be a hormonal problem, obstruction, or failure of the testicles to make sperm. Routine blood tests will help identify the cause.

Ejaculation troubles: Hi
as we age we produce less seminal fluid and when we ejaculate this diminishment is very noticeable.
But, there are some medications that have this as a side effect. It would be helpful to know if you were on any medications to fully answer your question.
But, as long as your orgasm still feels wonderful there is not too much to be concerned about unless you want to father a child at your age.
