Go easy : Make sure you don't have a uti. Get your urine checked. Try warm soaks with a product like domeboro soaks. Use johnson's baby bar (not soap) in that area. Wash well, rinse well, and pat dry with a towel reserved only for that area of your body. If the pain persists, get examined by your gyn !

Wait it out.: Best thing to do is wait it out. These things heal very quickly. Could try Acetaminophen or Naproxen or ibuprofen, but they don't often work well for this kind of pain.
