Depo-provera: I suspect you're referring to injection, depo-provera, which typically leads to irregular periods and then to no periods at all except for occasional spotting. No, Yes: Provera (medroxyprogesterone) does not make your periods regular. In fact you will not have a period while you're under the effects of that medicine. You will, however, have unscheduled light bleeding, especially if you recently started with this medicine.
