Ask prescribing doc: Sorry, i don't mean to be rude but it seems that it would be difficult to miss your pregnant condition, such that prescribing physician should have discussed possible effects of Azithromycin (zpak) on you & your fetus. Prior to accepting said prescription would also have been best time to ask questions re this medication. As it stands, it's considered pregnancy category b. http://goo.gl/uejyo.
