Indomethacin: It is not uncommon to use opioids such as hydrocodone in combination with adjuvant analgesics such as Indomethacin which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. They often act synergistically in that lower doses of each may be able to be used taken in combination than if taken separately. Obviously if you have allergies or should not take an NSAID for other reasons they should be avoide.

Probably: That is a lot of strong pain medicine . it really should be used for a short time , best for a week to less than 12 weeks. for acute pain.
