Indomethacin: It is not uncommon to use opioids such as hydrocodone in combination with adjuvant analgesics such as Indomethacin which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. They often act synergistically in that lower doses of each may be able to be used taken in combination than if taken separately. Obviously if you have allergies or should not take an NSAID for other reasons they should be avoide.
