Circumcision or ?: Circumcision takes care of the problem permanently. Men wanting to retain foreskin might want prepucioplasty, involves a vertical incision through the tight area on top of penis which is then sutured transversely, the foreskin then remodels as time goes by. Other treatment, which works better before puberty & only works for some males is repeated application of prescription strength steroid cream.
