NOT LIKELY: What you're describing may be a ureteral stone or even a bladder infection, but very rare to be a bladder cancer in your age. Keep well hydrated and seek a medical opinion, in person. Good luck.

Not likely: Bladder cancer usually presents as blood in urine or pain. Urinary urgency as you describe is most likely a result of something else, commonly in men around fifty it is due to an enlarged prostate. This is a benign condition but can cause lots of urinary problems. Other causes can be lifestyle changes, medications, or any problem between your bladder and penis. May need to see urologist.
