HCM: It is a part of the heart, it isn't going away . If it is causing problems they may be treatable.

Probably not: If the diagnosis is correct, all forms of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy aren't curable in the sense that it will just get better and go away. However, apical hcm tends to have a much better overall prognosis and fewer symptoms, with a long life expectancy.

Hypertrophic: it is genetic and no no known cure for that however for some rare metabolic types, treatment can be possible with appropriate replacement therapy.
