On a tox screen?: I'm not sure i understand your question. If you mean, "would norepinephrine cause a tox screen to show positive for amphetamine?", the answer is "no". Norepi. Is a naturally occuring neurotransmitter without which you would not be alive. Amphetamine would be present in the bloodstream only if you are taking that drug.
