Not necessarily: If one miscarried early in pregnancy (less than 6 weeks) it is possible that the pregnancy could have been passed in it's entirety. If you we're not bleeding, then you could be followed with serial b-hcg levels. That said, if you are feeling symptomatic, definitely discuss with your doctor as soon as possible.
