I have had pain in my right bicep into my hand for 21/2 weeks maybe longer. i also am experiencing some weakness. what could it be?

It could be: Muscle or nerve problem. Go see your primary care doctor for initial work up then a referral to a neurologist for a second opinion . Have your annual check up to include blood test , ekg urine test etc . Give us some feedback. Take care!
