Not likely: Masturbation isn't the cause of your body odor, unless you're so buy playing that you don't have time to bathe or perform routine cleansing of your body. It may be that you have a poor self image. Improve your cleanliness, appearance, self-image, etc. And find a girl friend. From experience, i can tell you it's a lot better.
