Hunger: These may be due dysregulation of Insulin levels and glycemic index foods ie if only eat toast in morning or a donut absorbed quickly, stomach empty Insulin levels up. Did you have gestational diabetes? Talk to your dr. About this. A good history- details why when what where help him determine what tests.Maybe pre diabetic which may start 15 yrs before manifests as problem is in post meal glucose/.
