None: Periocular bruises ( hemorrhages) or a "black eye" resolve without treatment. Of course if there was concurrent damage to other tissues or ocular structures, these areas would need appropriate care. If you're having pain, simple tylenol (acetaminophen) may help. If there is swelling, a cold compress for 10' a few times in the first 24 hrs may help.
