Late Period: Is 41 days your normal cycle, or are you saying that you were about 10 days late and then you bled, complicated by a brown discharge on day 9? It is still possible that you are pregnant and the bleeding represented "implantation bleeding." test yourself again in a week to be sure. Either way, you should contact your gynecologist and discuss your options for follow up.
