See below: May be something simple like a muscle stitch (spasm) that can be relieved by stretching muscles in that area. Or might be internal problem like liver, gallbladder, duodenum, ascending colon, pancreatic head, etc. If stretching doesn't relieve it, see pcp for evaluation, testing if needed, treatment options.
