Clomipramine: Clomipramine is a tricyclic antidepressant, trade name anafranil (clomipramine). It's especially used for ocd. Side effects depend on dose, but the most common is drowsiness. Also can have dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention, sweating, and postural hypotension (dizziness when getting up quickly).

Symptoms - difficulty with the following: - urinating - dry mouth - ejaculating - thinking clearly (anti-histamine and anti-cholinergic) - focusing eyes up close - standing up in the middle of the night (it can drop bp) - staying awake. You can have seizures or heart rhythm disturbance with high level.
