Not typically: Women who ovulate normally should ovulate 2 weeks after their last active birth control pill. They will be no more fertile than they would be with their typical cycle.

No : Not usually. Many patients' ovaries which are suppressed by bcp may take 1-3 months to achieve their normal function it doesn't mean that women can't get pregnant getting off bcp they certainly can.
