A member asked:

How can i treat add (only the attention-bit of this disorder)? any meds or what?

ADHD Treatment: Adhd and add are treated very similarly. In general, the treatment involves therapy and/or medications. Some people prefer not to take medications, so finding a therapist adept at treating add is critical. Medication options include non-stimulants or stimulant medications. The class chosen is dependent upon a host of individual factors. A discussion with your doctor is the first place to begin.
