Be sick if you want.: If you want to feel sick the rest of your life and never reach your full potential and have preventable medical problems and die early -- then by all means, avoid medication. If you want to be healthy and feel well, then discuss w/your doctor and take medication if recommended.

MEDS. ARE NEEDED!: If your thyroid gland is not producing enough thyroid hormone, the only way to make your body function properly and to feel well, is to take thyroid pills. If you like "natural" medications, i would recommend armour thyroid, which has been in use since the 1930's.
